This Sealumet SEAL is a flexible vinyl sound barrier designed to enhance your acoustic insulation. This product is made from high-density barium sulphate-loaded thermoplastic polymer, plasticised, containing mineral fillers.

Aluminium Jacketing
Aluminium Jacketing is manufactured from alloys 1100, 3003, 3105 or 5005, conforming to ASTM B-209 designation, within (H-14) half hard temper and heavier gauges quarter-hard (H-12 lock-forming quality).
Aluminized Steel Type 2
Aluminized Steel Type 2 offers superior environmental corrosion resistance, combining the strength of a steel substrate with the corrosion resistance of aluminium.
Butyl GumTape
Our butyl gum tapes offer a watertight, gasket-like seal in applications such as bedding glass, around window and door frames, and can be used in conjunction with mechanical fasteners.
Expansion Springs
Our range of expansion springs provide consistent tension for securing insulation over materials that expand and contract through temperature changes. All our springs and components are made from 302/304/316 stainless steel.
HR Silicone Sealant
Our HR Silicone sealant contains a curing agent that reacts with airborne moisture to produce an elastic, rubbery solid with maximum volume shrinkage of 5% and elongation of 600%. It’s suitable for use over a broad temperature range, especially in locations where high temperatures are a concern.
Vapour Stop Foil
This durable vapour barrier is suitable for use in both HVAC and cryogenic insulation systems, helping to prevent moisture damage to your insulation.
Vapour Stop Tape
We offer a tape version of our Vapour Stop Foil, bonded with a strong acrylic adhesive that won’t budge, even in tough, moist conditions.n
Filament Tape
Our filament tape is reinforced with continuous glass yarn filament and backed with an aggressive adhesive made from a natural rubber blend. It is an economical strapping tape designed for light-duty applications, offering excellent abrasion, moisture, and scuff-resistance.
Banding
Our insulation banding is available in both 3003/1050 Aluminium, 304/316 Stainless Steel and Galvanised Steel, in a range of widths to suit a range of applications.

Butyl Rubber Sheet
Butyl rubber (IIR or Isobutylene Isoprene Polymer) is a copolymer of isobutylene and a small percentage of isoprene. With careful compounding, Butyl Rubber offers exceptional tensile strength with very low permeability to air and other gases, plus excellent resistance to ozone, oxidation and sunlight.
